a 3-generation passion
Our grandfather started out in the hotel business, our father built this project from the ground up, and today his three children run it together — three generations, and one same love for looking after guests by the sea.
Beach4U has been in our family for years, and we look after it that way — every apartment is decorated and maintained by hand, not by a management company.
We're a call or message away for the whole of your stay, and we're always around to point you toward our favourite beach, restaurant or quiet corner of Mallorca.
For us, hosting isn't a side business — it's personal. We want you to leave feeling like you've stayed with friends by the sea, not just booked a room, and we take that seriously with every guest who walks through our door.

When you book directly with us, we honour the same policy as the booking platforms — free cancellation and a full refund if you cancel 28 days or more before your check-in date.
We stay in touch with you the whole way through, and we'll be there to welcome you in person. Check-in starts at 3pm, and check-out is at 10am.
Absolutely — just let us know ahead of time, and we'll gladly store your luggage in our storage room until your apartment is ready.

Yes, very easily — our apartments are wonderfully well located, with regular buses running from 6am until well past midnight, connecting you to Palma and the rest of the island.
Yes, we do — parking is available for an additional €12 per day. Just give us a little notice and we'll make sure a space is reserved for you.
